Ciao! I’m Luciana, but maybe the web knows me as Lucy-Wonderland. I’m 29 and I live in Potenza, a small town in Italy. I’m a student of engineering and architecture, I’m a blogger and I’m a paper crafter, and for a few months I own a micro business. I have a lot of passions, like Formula 1, scrapbooking, bento, photography, digital art and travels as well. I love sharing my passions and creations with social networks, and I spend time also on my blog, instagram, pinterest, tumblr. And I like having also a “real social life”.

It’s too much for a 24 hours day, it isn’t ?

One year ago, probably I would answered: “yes, it is”….or not?

I always thought that my real problem wasn’t the lack of time, because I see many people around me who do all their commitments. Probably I didn’t find my right planning system. I started out using spiral planners, but after a few months inevitably they ended up in the drawer because they couldn’t adapt to my life and my needs. It was a planning system too static!

The real revolution was a year ago when I discovered a diary with rings, the Filofax. It was real love, because it was like turning on a light bulb: I can completely customise this planner, I can put inside all the pages that I need, creating them by myself.

I bought my first Filofax the last year. It was a yellow Domino Italia in pocket size. I love this size because it allows me to keep in a small space all the things I want, and I can easily carry it around with me everywhere. In this year I expanded my family with other planners. I bought a personal and an A5 planner, but for me they are too big. I have also a mini Metropol lavender that I use as a wallet. And then I have some other pocket Filofax: a Domino Italia in brown, an Apex in black and in blue and the Breast Cancer Campaign organiser in pink.

One of the things that I love about my Filofax is its convertibility, you just have to open the rings and change the agenda in any different style you want: from retro-looking, into one more kawaii, to a Christmas style, to a fresh look. And I have also some pages to make journaling and a section for the travel planner.

Now I use my dear Filofax for everything in my life: it’s a companion of my everyday life, an assistant in my studies, it keeps order in my ideas for the blog, takes track of my creative projects and helps me in my business. It’s the first thing that I look at before I go to sleep and when I wake up, and now it’s part of my daily routine. I can’t live without it, I never thought that planning could be so fun and inspiring.
